1. How to request a refund

To start the return process, you must contact us through happyhealthhn@gmail.com or by WhatsApp at +50489676498 indicating the details of your order and the products you wish to return. We will tell you the steps to follow to manage the return.

2. Return conditions

For a return to be accepted, the products must meet the following conditions:

  • They must be in their original condition, unused and with all original packaging and labels intact.
  • Products must be returned in perfect hygienic conditions.
  • Returns will not be accepted for products that have been unsealed or used for health and hygiene reasons.

3. Return costs

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the reason for the return is an error in the order or a product defect.

4. Refund

Once we receive and inspect the returned products, we will notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return. If approved, we will process the refund using the same payment method used in the original purchase, within a period of 7 business days . Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exclusions

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Customized or custom-made products according to your specifications.
  • Products that may deteriorate or expire quickly.
  • Products unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health.
